Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AISkillHub.dev ("AISkillHub", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the website, joining early access, creating an account, or using the marketplace, you agree to these terms.

Early access and accounts

AISkillHub may offer access by invitation or waitlist while the product is under development. Invitations are personal, may not be transferred, and do not guarantee continued access or any particular feature. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and be responsible for activity under your account.

Marketplace transactions must stay on-platform

Buyers and sellers must keep communications, offers, transactions, and payments for AISkillHub listings on the platform and through the payment methods we make available. Neither party may ask, encourage, pressure, or direct the other to complete a transaction outside AISkillHub or via an external payment service.

Requests to move a conversation or payment off-platform may be a scam or an attempt to evade platform protections. Report them to us. We may remove content, cancel access, withhold relevant marketplace features, or suspend or terminate accounts for suspected circumvention, fraud, or other violations.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse AISkillHub; interfere with its security or operation; scrape or automate access without permission; infringe another person's rights; upload unlawful, harmful, or deceptive material; misrepresent a listing; or use the platform to facilitate fraud, scams, or illegal activity.

Creator content and buyer use

Creators are responsible for the content they submit and must have the rights needed to offer it. Buyers receive only the rights expressly stated on the listing or applicable license. AISkillHub does not promise that any AI skill, prompt, agent, workflow, or output will be accurate, safe, lawful, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect AISkillHub, its users, or the public; investigate a violation; comply with law; or enforce these terms. We may also change, pause, or discontinue features as we build the platform.

Disclaimers and liability

AISkillHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as AISkillHub evolves. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
