- What is AISkillHub?
- AISkillHub is a marketplace for reviewed AI work: skills, prompts, agents, automations, and files for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI coding agents. It also gives website owners an embeddable live chat whose AI agent answers visitors from their own website content, and gives AI tools direct access to the catalog through an MCP server.
- Who is AISkillHub for?
- Website owners who want visitors answered at any hour, creators who want to publish or sell AI work they have tested, developers who want their coding agent to install proven skills, and teams that need all of this with an SLA.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan includes 10 listings, 1 chat widget, 1 AI chat agent, and MCP access at 30 calls per minute. Free widgets show a small Powered by AISkillHub link.
AI live chat and Global Room
- How does the AI live chat answer my visitors?
- Give us your website URL. We scan your public pages and the AI agent answers visitors in a private one-to-one chat using that information. Every conversation shows up in your Inbox, where you can intercept it and reply yourself at any time.
- Can I take over a conversation from the AI?
- Yes. Open the conversation in your Inbox and reply. You answer on your own behalf, and the visitor sees your messages marked with a Team label.
- What is the Global Room?
- A shared chat for everyone on your site, like a community lobby. Visitors pick a nickname to join and your team replies with a Team label. Each visitor has a daily message allowance that you can adjust.
- Can I use Global Room and Live chat together?
- Today each widget runs one mode. Widget tabs are next on the roadmap: Global Room and Live chat side by side in a single widget.
- How do I add the chat widget to my website?
- Create a widget in the app, add your website URL, verify your domain with a DNS TXT record or a meta tag, then paste one script tag before the closing body tag. Localhost works without verification while you build.
- Can I match the widget to my brand?
- Yes. Set the title, greeting, accent colour, light or dark theme, and whether it sits on the left or right. Pro plans and above can remove the Powered by AISkillHub link.
- Do messages arrive in real time?
- Yes. New messages are pushed over WebSockets, and the widget falls back to polling automatically when a network blocks sockets.
Marketplace and creators
- Are the listings free?
- Most are. Free listings show their full instructions and files to everyone. Creators can also publish paid listings, whose instructions and files unlock after purchase.
- How are listings checked before they go live?
- A person reviews every submission before it appears in the catalog. Listings must explain the job they do, the inputs they need, the platforms they support, and where they stop being reliable. Rejected listings come back with a note.
- Which AI tools do listings work with?
- Listings are tagged for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI coding agents, and you can filter the catalog by platform.
- How do I publish my own work?
- Create a free account, add a listing with its instructions and files, and submit it for review. Once approved it appears in the catalog and on your public profile at aiskillhub.dev/u/your-name.
- Can I sell listings?
- Yes. Set a price on a listing and sales are recorded in your creator wallet. One-step checkout and creator payouts are on the roadmap.
- What is the AISkillHub Library account?
- An official, clearly labelled account run by AISkillHub that publishes reference listings. Everything else in the catalog comes from independent creators.
MCP and developers
- Can I use AISkillHub from Claude, ChatGPT, or my coding agent?
- Yes. Every plan includes an MCP server at app.aiskillhub.dev/mcp. Connect it with a personal token and your AI tool can search listings, read their instructions, and download free listing files into your project.
- What can the MCP server do?
- It has four tools: search_listings, get_listing, download_listing, and get_creator. Paid listings can be searched and read, but their files stay locked until purchase.
- How many MCP calls can I make?
- Free allows 30 calls per minute, Pro 120, Business 300, and Enterprise 600.
Plans and billing
- How much does AISkillHub cost?
- Free is $0, Pro is $19 per month, Business is $49 per month, and Enterprise is priced with you. Paid plans raise listing, widget, and AI agent limits and add faster support.
- How do I change my plan?
- Request the change from Billing in the app and our team applies it to your account. Trials are available by invitation.
- How fast does support reply?
- Pro gets a reply within 1 business day, Business within 1 hour around the clock, and Enterprise within 30 minutes around the clock with a dedicated account manager. Free support is best effort.
Security and privacy
- Can someone copy my widget onto another website?
- No. Each widget is locked to one verified domain. A Content Security Policy frame-ancestors rule and a referrer check stop it from loading anywhere else.
- How do you stop spam in the chat?
- Visitors have a daily message allowance, a per-minute burst limit, and a message length cap, and new sessions are capped per IP each hour. You can block any visitor from the Inbox.
- How are MCP tokens protected?
- Tokens only carry MCP access, show when they were last used, and can be revoked from Settings at any time. Create a separate token for each tool.

- Our privacy, cookie, refund, and terms of service pages are linked in the footer of every page under Legal.
Enterprise
- Do you offer enterprise plans?
- Yes. Enterprise includes unlimited listings, widgets, and AI agents, 24/7 human support with a 30 minute response target, a dedicated account manager, and a written SLA. Contact us for pricing.
- Will you help with our security review?
- Yes. We answer security questionnaires and walk your team through how widgets, tokens, and data are handled before you sign.
