Unauthorized charges

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, contact us promptly through our contact page. We may investigate the report and take appropriate action, but this policy does not create a right to a refund. Do not initiate a chargeback without first giving us a reasonable opportunity to review the issue.

This policy applies to purchases offered through AISkillHub. If the platform's payment model changes, we may update this policy before the change takes effect.
